NAK-ED Documentary

Many people are under the impression that those who live in Scandinavian countries are very comfortable with nudity. Yet Jan Dalchow, a Norwegian film director, felt enough body shame that he created a documentary about it. In this episode he shares with us how his investigation into why he is ashamed of his own naked body resulted in a film. His journey took him through Europe and the west coast of North America where he learned a lot about both the meaning of nudity and society’s need to censor it.

Nudist Characters

One of the great things about the naturist community is that we meet a variety of interesting characters. Tim Chizmar interviews two very different women in California. Trista Robinson is a well known actor who recounts her first nude scene. Rocky is a personal trainer and longtime nudist beach bum from Blacks Beach in San Diego.

The Naked Yogi

Practicing Yoga nude has become so common that it can be found in many major cities. It seems that yoga and body acceptance are a natural combination. Tim Chizmar interviews Sarah-Jane, better known as the Naked Yogi, about her relatively recent journey into teaching nude yoga online, her views on body acceptance, the reactions she has experienced, and her discovery of naturism.
