Having a naturist day at a waterpark seems natural but the logistics are complicated. We hear three stories, from the UK, United States, and Canada, about renting waterparks with differing levels of success. In all cases, false rumours, unfounded fears, protests, negative publicity, and even threats have caused problems for the organizers.

A group in Surrey BC were refused by Surrey authorities to rent a pool. They took the refusal to court and won the right. I believe the judge said something like “The courts have better things to do with their time than where and how the club members spend their time”. A very poor version but the courts ruled “ they can rent and use it “
